Looking for a beautiful, welcoming space for your next meeting or event? The Emerald offers a thoughtfully designed space in St. Charles (just a few blocks east of downtown St. Charles) that's perfect for small groups looking for a polished, professional atmosphere.

Whether you're hosting a team meeting, training, or gathering...our flexible space is ready for you. Let us know your preferred setup ahead of time with the tables and chairs, and we will have it ready for you!

• ADDITIONAL TABLES: Two additional 6 ft folding tables available at $10 each 

 

Rental Rates

2-hour minimum. Setup/cleanup time must be included in rental booking.

2 hours: $50 hr

3-4 hours: $45 hr

5+ hours" $40 hr

Rental of The Emerald does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the event or organization. We do not promote events held by anyone renting our space. To avoid conflicts with our own programming, The Emerald is not available to rent for workshops, classes, seminars, or events that directly compete with or substantially duplicate programs currently offered by The Emerald.

• We require is a signed rental agreement

• Proof of liability insurance 

• No alcohol permitted

• Renter is responsible for setup, cleanup, and leaving the room as found​​
